T1M (That One Management) originally started as a content creator talent management company. We are working with online creators, helping them grow, structure their brand, and build long-term projects. Now, we’re expanding into esports with the same mindset, structure, development, and long-term vision.

Our goal isn’t to create random teams, but to build competitive rosters with proper organization, consistent practice, tournament participation, and clear progression. We want stable lineups that grow together and represent T1M as a serious esports brand.

T1M Esports expects all of our players to communicate well and accordingly, we also expect there to be respect between our staff and players.
T1M Esports is a serious business model with business backing, our staff commit time and effort into getting our players trained and ready, we dedicate our time into the team and we expect a return of time from our players.

Our goal is to grow T1M Esports, as for us, this is a long-term project, but with T1M's Connections and strategy, we can grow this team and build it up fast.

We are currently projected to be VLR soon, and we expect to reach invite by the end of this year.

Our goal isn't just to win, it's to thrive as an organisation. we have a lot planned for the future of T1M's success, and it's not about if, it's about when.
