Vesper Esports is currently looking to expand our VALORANT roster and staff team. We are searching for dedicated and motivated individuals who are serious about improving, competing, and helping build a strong team environment.

We are currently recruiting:

• Initiators
• In-Game Leaders (IGLs)
• Entry Fraggers
• Team Managers

For players, we are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good game knowledge, and a willingness to work with teammates. Whether you're an experienced player looking for a new opportunity or someone eager to develop in a structured team environment, we want to hear from you.

For IGLs, we are looking for confident leaders who can make effective calls, adapt during matches, and help guide the team through practice and competition. For Initiators, we need players who understand utility usage, information gathering, and setting up teammates for success. For Entry Fraggers, we're looking for players who can create opportunities, take space, and remain confident under pressure.

We are also seeking Team Managers who can assist with organization, scheduling, communication, recruitment, and helping ensure the team operates smoothly. Previous management experience is a plus but is not required if you are willing to learn and contribute.
