-Scheduled practices that will be decided upon the whole team

-Must be open to learn new Strats and FOLLOW ORDERS( whether it works or not I like when people listen)
-Open to criticism/ideas
-We try to be very open and allow players to makes a lot of their own rules
-as of now, salaries consist of an equal split of tournament earnings
