Hey! We’re putting together a competitive VALORANT team and are looking for players who are serious about improving and having fun while doing it. We want people who are ready to commit, communicate, and actually show up for scrims.

We’re looking for players who:

• Are Plat 1 or higher
• Can flex multiple agents depending on team needs
• Can commit to regular scrims and practice sessions
• Communicate clearly and stay positive, even in tough games
• Work well in a team and take feedback to get better

Bonus if you:

• Can shot-call or have leadership experience
• Know game sense and strategy
• Have tournament or competitive experience
• Want to help the team grow beyond just playing matches

• Content / Growth: We encourage sharing gameplay clips, highlights, and strategy discussions to help the team grow and improve
• Expectations: Show up for scrims, stay active, communicate well, and be ready to learn and adapt
• Future Plans: Enter tournaments, build a solid competitive reputation, and grow the team together

Termos

• Commitment: All team members are expected to attend scheduled scrims, practice sessions, and tournaments whenever possible. Consistency is key.
• Communication: Players must communicate clearly, respectfully, and constructively during games and team discussions. Toxicity will not be tolerated.
• Flexibility: Players should be willing to play multiple agents and adapt to team strategies as needed.
• Improvement: Everyone is expected to actively work on improving their gameplay, whether through solo practice, team reviews, or following coaching advice.
• Team Environment: Respect teammates, follow leadership guidance, and contribute positively to team culture. Any behavior that harms the team environment may result in removal.
• Availability: Players must provide accurate availability and inform leadership in advance if they cannot attend practice or scrims.
• Content & Branding: Team content (clips, social media posts, etc.) may feature players. Members are expected to support the team’s branding efforts respectfully.
• Tournament Participation: Players are expected to participate in competitive events unless otherwise agreed upon with leadership.
• Accountability: Players are responsible for their own performance and conduct. Repeated failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the team.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset: Everyone should be willing to learn from mistakes, take constructive feedback, and help each other improve.
