🎯 Coach Recruitment

Hey! Our VALORANT team is looking for a coach to help us improve, plan strategies, and take our gameplay to the next level. We’re a competitive, growth-focused team, and we want someone who’s serious about helping players reach their full potential.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of VALORANT, including agents, map control, and strategies
• Can analyze gameplay and provide constructive feedback
• Helps with team strategies, compositions, and shot-calling guidance
• Can organize practice schedules, reviews, and scrims
• Communicates clearly and stays positive, even in tough matches
• Is reliable and committed to helping the team improve

Bonus if you:

• Have experience coaching competitive teams or players
• Know how to break down opponents’ gameplay effectively
• Can assist with tournaments or external competitive events

Termos

1. Commitment: Coaches are expected to attend scheduled scrims, practice sessions, and tournament preparations consistently. Regular involvement is key to helping the team grow.
2. Communication: Coaches must communicate clearly, respectfully, and constructively with all players and team leadership. Feedback should be actionable and positive.
3. Game Knowledge & Strategy: Coaches should provide guidance on agents, team compositions, map control, and strategies. They should help players understand and improve their decision-making and gameplay.
4. Analysis & Reviews: Coaches are expected to review scrims, practice sessions, and match recordings, providing detailed analysis and suggestions for improvement.
5. Team Environment: Coaches should contribute positively to team culture, encouraging respect, collaboration, and a growth-oriented mindset among players.
6. Leadership Support: Coaches should support the team’s leadership by helping organize schedules, planning scrims, and assisting with tournament preparation.
7. Professionalism: Coaches must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional approach at all times. Toxic behavior or favoritism will not be tolerated.
8. Confidentiality: Strategies, reviews, and internal team discussions should remain confidential unless agreed upon for public content.
9. Growth-Oriented Mindset: Coaches should be open to feedback themselves, stay up-to-date with VALORANT developments, and encourage continuous learning for the team.
10. Optional Contributions: Coaches may also assist with content, branding guidance, or strategy discussions outside of scrims if they choose—but this is not mandatory.
