PRIME Esports is seeking a reliable and organized team managers to help keep our organization running smoothly. The manager will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with players and staff, organizing scrimmages and tournament registrations, and assisting with day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about esports and wants to help build a competitive team from the ground up. If you're committed to supporting players and helping PRIME grow into a successful organization, we'd love to have you on our team.

Termos

At this stage, PRIME Esports is focused on building a strong foundation rather than generating revenue. Team financing will remain limited until we establish a competitive roster, achieve consistent results, and secure sponsorships or other partnerships. Any future funding received through sponsors, tournament winnings, or merchandise sales will be reinvested into the organization to support player development, tournament entry fees, team branding, equipment, and overall growth. Our priority is to create a successful and sustainable team before pursuing larger financial opportunities.
