PRIME Esports is looking for dedicated LAN players who are ready to compete at in-person events and represent our organization with professionalism. We are seeking players who perform well under pressure, communicate effectively, and are committed to practicing, improving, and working as a team. LAN players should be dependable, maintain a positive attitude, and be willing to travel to local or regional events when opportunities arise. If you're passionate about competitive Valorant and want to compete on stage while helping PRIME grow, we'd love to have you join our roster.

Termos

At this stage, PRIME Esports is focused on building a strong foundation rather than generating revenue. Team financing will remain limited until we establish a competitive roster, achieve consistent results, and secure sponsorships or other partnerships. Any future funding received through sponsors, tournament winnings, or merchandise sales will be reinvested into the organization to support player development, tournament entry fees, team branding, equipment, and overall growth. Our priority is to create a successful and sustainable team before pursuing larger financial opportunities.
