Commitment & Attendance
Players must attend all scheduled practices, scrims, and official matches.
Unexcused absences or repeated no-shows may result in benching or removal.
Availability
Weekly availability must be submitted accurately.
Inconsistent availability affects roster standing.
Professional Conduct
Respect teammates, coaches, opponents, and league staff.
Toxicity, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Coachability
Players must accept constructive feedback and actively work to improve.
Participation in VOD reviews and training is required.
Roster Placement
Position on the roster is earned, not guaranteed.
Movement between development and main roster occurs based on performance and effort.
Communication
Clear, professional communication on Discord and in-game is mandatory.
Ghosting staff or teammates is unacceptable.
Voluntary Participation
Membership is voluntary; players may leave at any time, but must inform staff.
Management Decisions
Final decisions regarding roster changes, scrims, and tournament participation are at AXIOM management’s discretion.
