Hi, I’m Constanze, online MedicFox87. I’m based in. I stream, play Apex Legends and coach, as a Co-IGL and as an analyst.
Before esports I spent 12 years in the military as a trainer and a medic. There I learned what people really need under pressure: clear structure, calm heads and trust in each other. That’s exactly what I bring into Apex. When a team has everything on paper and still doesn’t click, I don’t look for the “bad player”, I look for what’s breaking between the players.
My approach is Reflect. Realign. Rebuild. I work with VOD analysis, evaluations and concrete tools, not with phrases like “just communicate better”. And yes, I’m the one who asks “Okay, what did you see?” after a lost fight, before anyone starts arguing about whose fault it was.
Off the server you’ll find coffee, structure and a lot of patience. In the Discord I’m usually the one with the notebook.
I’m looking for an org or roster where I can take responsibility as a coach or analyst, and that is ready to invest in structure and development instead of only chasing quick results.
What I’d like: clear agreements on tasks, schedules and cooperation, honest communication in both directions, and players who are ready to work on themselves. In return I bring commitment, reliability and a plan.
My ambition is to establish myself in Apex esports as a coach and analyst, and to grow with a team over the long term. It’s not about a single game, it’s about players knowing afterwards what to work on and how. I’m happy to start flexibly and remotely, also part-time, and build from there.
I don’t need a guarantee of wins. I need a chance to show what I can do. We’ll build the rest together.
