Needing players who are calm, motivated, dedicated, and willing to improve both individually and as a team. Being open to criticism, communicating well, and maintaining a positive attitude are important to us. We want players who can stay focused, avoid unnecessary tilting, and contribute to a healthy team environment.
Practice will usually take place from mid-day through the evening (EU time), with sessions happening as often as everyone's availability allows. Patience is important, as building real team chemistry takes time.
