As a Coach, you will work closely with players to improve their skills, develop strategies, and ensure peak performance during scrims and tournaments. Your responsibilities include:
Training and mentoring players to maximize their potential
Developing team strategies, rotations, and gameplay plans
Reviewing match footage and providing constructive feedback
Collaborating with Managers and Staff to organize practice schedules
Fostering a positive, focused, and professional team environment
