Are you looking to elevate your competitive Fortnite game? We are officially recruiting dedicated, high-skill players to join our esports roster! Whether you are a mechanical prodigy, a master piece-controller, or a brilliant in-game leader (IGL), we want you on our team.

Expectations (ambitions)

To maintain a championship-level roster, every player on our team is expected to uphold the following standards:

🎮 Competitive & Gameplay Standards

The Grind: Maintain your individual mechanics and rank (Champion/Unreal) through daily practice, creative maps, and matchmaking.
Scrim & Practice Attendance: Be on time for scheduled team practices, scrims, and tournament warm-ups. If you cannot make it, notify leadership at least 24 hours in advance.
Meta Adaptability: Stay informed on patch notes, new weapon pools, map changes, and evolving strategies.

🗣️ Communication & Comms

Clear & Calm Callouts: Keep comms strictly focused on information (damage dealt, materials, rotations, positioning) during active matches.
No Tilting: Mistakes happen. Keep a positive attitude during the game, and save the analysis or critiques for after the match is completely over.
Active Discord Presence: Check team announcement channels regularly so you don’t miss scheduling updates or tournament registrations.

🤝 Conduct & Professionalism

Zero Tolerance for Toxicity: Respect your teammates, opponents, and staff. Trash talk within the rules of the tournament is fine, but hate speech, cheating, or toxic behavior will result in an immediate kick.
Represent the Brand: When streaming or wearing our team tag, remember that your behavior reflects on the entire roster.
Constructive VOD Reviews: Be open to feedback during team reviews. A growth mindset means being able to look at your own mistakes objectively.
