    • Promptness is expected for all team activities.
  2. Positive Attitude and Teamwork:

    • Maintain a respectful and constructive attitude towards all teammates and opponents.
    • Be willing to learn, adapt, and take constructive criticism.
    • Prioritize team goals over individual performance.
    • Active and clear communication during games and discussions is essential.
    • No toxicity, flaming, or negativity will be tolerated.
  3. Skill and Improvement:

    • Be at or willing to work towards a designated minimum rank or skill level (specify if applicable).
    • Actively strive to improve your individual gameplay and understanding of the meta.
    • Be open to coaching and strategic guidance.
    • Dedication to practicing specific roles and champion pools as needed by the team.
  4. Communication:

    • Must have and actively use the team's primary communication platform (e.g., Discord).
    • Respond promptly to team messages and notifications.
    • Communicate important information regarding availability or issues in a timely manner.

Trial Period (Optional):

  1. Trial Duration: New members may be subject to a trial period (e.g., 1-2 weeks) to assess their fit within the team in terms of skill, attitude, and commitment.
  2. Evaluation: During the trial, the existing team members will evaluate the new member's performance and integration.
  3. Final Decision: A team vote or leadership decision will be made at the end of the trial period regarding permanent membership.
