The Opportunity:

As our starting ADC, you will be a crucial damage carry for Next Generation. You will be responsible for executing high-level mechanics, understanding lane matchups, effectively positioning in team fights, and consistently delivering impactful damage. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a foundational member of a rising team and play a pivotal role in our victories.

Responsibilities:

• Lane Dominance: Demonstrate strong laning phase mechanics, including last hitting, wave management, trading, and objective control in the bot lane.
• Champion Mastery: Possess a deep understanding of the ADC role and a diverse champion pool relevant to the current meta, with a willingness to adapt and learn new champions.
• Team Fight Prowess: Exhibit excellent positioning, target prioritization, and kiting skills in team fights to maximize damage output while minimizing risk.
• Objective Focus: Understand the importance of objectives (towers, dragons, Baron) and contribute to securing them.
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with your support and the rest of the team regarding enemy movements, cooldowns, and strategic calls.
• Adaptability: Be willing to adjust playstyles and champion picks based on team compositions, opponent strategies, and game states.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek to improve your individual skills and understanding of the game through practice, replay analysis, and feedback.
• Positive Attitude: Contribute to a positive and constructive team environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience playing the ADC role in a competitive setting (scrims, tournaments, ranked play).
• A strong understanding of ADC fundamentals, including trading patterns, wave management, and itemization.
• A demonstrable history of consistent performance and a desire to improve.
• Excellent mechanical skills on a variety of ADC champions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A positive and coachable attitude.
• Commitment to scheduled practices and team activities.
• A strong desire to compete and win.
