Cactus Nexus Team (CNT) is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Coach to lead our League of Legends roster.
We’re building a team focused on structure, growth, and competitive success—and we need a coach who can bring strategic insight, strong leadership, and a passion for development.
What we’re looking for:
Strong understanding of macro play, team comps, and the current LoL meta
Experience in coaching or shotcalling (preferably at a high level)
Ability to lead structured reviews, provide clear feedback, and support player growth
Good communication skills and a team-first mentality
