My Expectations and Ambitions as a LoL Coach

As a coach, my main goal is simple: to help each player evolve while moving forward together, step by step. It doesn't matter where we start; what matters is constant progress. Every win and every loss should make us grow.

I firmly believe that a strong team is built on two pillars:

Mutual Listening: I will always be available to hear you, understand your feelings, needs, and ideas. A player who can express themselves freely gives their best.

Trust: Believing in your potential is obvious to me. With solid fundamentals, good communication, and a desire to improve, nothing will be out of reach.

My ambition is to create a group where everyone has their place, where individual and collective improvement go hand in hand. If you’re ready to invest time and energy to progress together, I’m ready to guide you all the way.
