The Allegiance Gaming Community is recruiting players for its Marvel Rivals (Renegades) competitive tournament team.
Requirements
PC/Discord
Plat III or higher
Able to flex 3 characters of each respective role minimum
Able to make adjustments when told to from the IGL (In Game Leader)
Have a mic and be able to communicate clearly
Good attitude - Understanding we will lose some games. It takes time to build team cohesiveness in competitive gaming
Expectations
Performance Reviews - Everyone is expected to find ways to improve not only their own gameplay but the teams through things like match replays. Where did we Succeed / where could we have done better.
