WellPlay is a French Counter-Strike team created with the goal of building a strong and united roster based on teamwork, learning, and improvement. We are looking for motivated players from FACEIT Level 0–10 who want to progress together, develop team chemistry, and create our own strategies.
We are currently recruiting 4–5 players and 1 coach who share the same vision: improving step by step, learning from every game, and building something serious over time. International players are welcome, but English will be our main language for communication.
Our mentality is simple: no matter the score, we keep fighting. Even if we are losing 12–1, we stay focused, communicate, and try to find a way back into the game. Every match is an opportunity to learn and improve.
We are looking for players with respect, a positive mindset, and a team-first mentality. No toxicity, no blaming — only communication, dedication, and the desire to become better together.
