Founded in 2026, Solar Nova Esports is a fresh, forward-thinking competitive organization dedicated to cultivating the next generation of VALORANT talent. Combining tactical brilliance with burning passion, our mission is to rise through the ranks of the competitive ecosystem.
We are officially launching our recruitment phase and are looking for dedicated, hungry talent to form two distinct competitive rosters, alongside a reliable bench of substitutes.
As a player or trial member we have huge expectations :
Show up on time:
"On time" means being in the Discord voice channel, warmed up, and ready to lobby up 5 to 10 minutes before scheduled practice, VOD reviews, or match times.
Communicate availability:
Real life happens (school, work, family). If you cannot make a practice, you must notify management and your team at least 24 to 48 hours in advance so a substitute can be prepped.
Zero Toxicity:
Absolutely no flaming, passive-aggressiveness, or blaming teammates during matches. We win as a team, and we learn as a team.
Constructive Feedback:
You must be able to give and receive criticism gracefully. VOD reviews are not about pointing fingers; they are about fixing mistakes.
