Open Roles: IGL, AWPer, Entry, Support/Rifler, Anchor, & Head Coach / Analyst

Schedule: 3–4 nights/week (Scrims, VOD Reviews, League Matches)

About Kove Esports

Kove is a structured, new organization entering CS2 with a focus on building a sustainable, highly disciplined roster from the ground up. We build the right way: structure first, team chemistry second, results third.

We are not looking for a weekend casual ranked stack. We are building a dedicated squad to grind the upcoming ESEA Open season and climb through the divisions.

What Kove Provides:

100% Covered League Fees: We pay 100% of your ESEA League Passes and tournament entry fees. You play for free.
100% Player Prize Money Split: The players and coach keep 100% of all tournament winnings and cash cup payouts.
Infrastructure: Private Discord channels, dedicated match management, schedule coordination, and staff support.

Player Requirements:

Rank: FACEIT Level 8+ (Level 10 preferred) with strong mechanics and utility knowledge.
Mindset: High coachability and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
Commitment: Dependable attendance for scheduled scrims, match days, and VOD reviews.
Age: 18+

Head Coach / Analyst Requirements:

Deep understanding of current CS2 macro strategy, mid-round calling, and default setups.
Ability to lead structured VOD reviews, track player stats, and prepare anti-strat notes for official matches.
High emotional intelligence and strong leadership skills to keep the team focused.

Climbing the Ladder: We are looking for players to grind the ESEA Open season and climb division-by-division with a long-term, dedicated roster—not a short-lived PUG stack that disbands after two losses.
100% Player Support: We back our players fully by covering all league/tournament fees and letting the roster keep 100% of all tournament winnings.
Intentional Community: Everything starts in our Discord. We keep our core tight-knit and focused on real growth, giving consistent players and staff a genuine voice in where the organization goes next.
