Lightning Eleven Esports was founded in August 2026 with a clear purpose: to be more than just another organization in the national esports scene. Our ambition is to become a benchmark in Portugal and, in the long term, establish ourselves on the international stage, competing on equal footing with the best organizations in the world.
We believe that a strong organization is built on solid foundations, which is why transparency is one of our core pillars. We keep our community informed, explain our decisions, and involve those who support us in every step of our journey.
We genuinely value everyone who wears our colors. Dedication, commitment, professionalism, and accountability never go unnoticed. They are recognized and rewarded.
We believe in quality over quantity. We may be a small family, but every member who wears our jersey is chosen because they bring the qualities needed to achieve the success our organization strives for. As the saying goes: quality over quantity.
As a result, no one here is above anyone else. We believe in unity and working together towards a common goal!
Here, we live the dream, and it is up to us to make it a reality!
Everything we stand for comes down to the words we carry on our chest:
"Live the Dream, Turn It Real!"
