Overwatch has always captured my attention. Everything from the lore and artstyle to the competitive depth enthralled me, even back in 2014. I started as a D.Va main doing the quick play grind, figuring out what kind of player I wanted to be. Took a while, but I got there!
2020 is when things got real. I joined my college's official esports team and stepped into competitive play for the first time. At that point, I was a DPS main, playing Soldier 76, Cassidy (before the name change), and Ashe were my bread and butter. But over time I found my true calling in the support role. When Overwatch 2 dropped, I locked in on Ana, Baptiste, and Kiriko, then built out from there. These days my pool looks like this:
I'm at Platinum rank right now, and I wear that honestly. I know where I'm at and where I'm going. I'm always watching VODs, always picking up tips, and always down to give and receive feedback. No ego. Just improvement.
What I'm really after is a squad. Not just a team roster, an actual community. People to grind ranked with, people to run casual lobbies with on the weekend, and people who hype each other up and hold each other accountable. Competitive fire and good vibes aren't mutually exclusive, and I'm here for both.
I'll play support, I'll flex off-role when the team needs it, and I'll help out with whatever's needed beyond the game itself. I'm not just showing up for the matches, I'm showing up for the whole thing.

My ambitions involve joinging an accepting and serious Overwatch team to play ranked and casual games with. Eventually, I would like to reach the Grandmaster rank so that I can help others hardstuck in Platinum.
