We’re a small NA Siege team made up of young players who are serious about getting better. We’re recruiting Plat–Emerald players because this is the perfect range to build a roster that can actually grow together — not players who are stuck, and not players who think they’re already finished products.

At this rank, everyone’s still improving fast, learning new roles, and figuring out their identity as a player. That makes it way easier for us to adapt to each other’s playstyles, build chemistry early, and shape a lineup that plays like a real unit instead of five randoms.

We want players who:

• Have already shown quick progression

• Are hungry to keep leveling up

• Communicate and adapt mid‑round

• Actually want to build synergy, not just stat‑pad
