Team Sky is a Swiss esports organization founded in 2023, built around a clear vision: to develop a serious, stable and competitive project across multiple esports titles.
Registered as an association under the 1901 law, Team Sky aims to provide its players with a structured and professional environment based on performance, discipline, commitment and teamwork. Since its creation, the organization has focused on building ambitious rosters capable of representing the team on both national and international stages.
On Rocket League, Team Sky has already made a strong impact by reaching 700th place in the RLSC out of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 teams, while also defeating several recognized teams. This achievement highlights the organization’s competitive potential and its ability to compete against experienced opponents.
On Brawl Stars, Team Sky stands as one of the best Swiss teams, with a strong roster and a clear ambition to establish itself as a leading force in the national scene. The Fortnite division is currently in full expansion, with a structured development plan and a strong desire to grow competitively. At the same time, Team Sky is also working on the creation of a Rainbow Six Siege roster, with the goal of expanding its presence across new competitive scenes.
The goal of Team Sky is to build a long-term, ambitious and respected esports organization, capable of supporting its players in their development while proudly representing Switzerland in the esports scene.
We expect our players to maintain regular attendance at training sessions, scrims, team meetings and competitions. Punctuality, communication and respect for instructions are essential. A Team Sky player must be able to integrate into a team environment, accept feedback from the staff, work on their mistakes and continuously improve.
Individual talent is important, but it is not enough. We place great importance on mindset: respect, maturity, teamwork, self-reflection and a constant desire to improve. Every player represents the organization, whether in competition, on social media, while streaming or through the way they communicate with others.
We also expect a professional attitude. This means respecting teammates, staff members, opponents and the organization’s partners. Toxic behavior, lack of seriousness or lack of commitment do not align with our vision.
