We approach every match, practice session, and review with the utmost professionalism, while fostering a supportive and respectful team environment—both for our players and our opponents.

To structure our roster and achieve our competitive goals, we are looking for players who share our vision and meet the following criteria:
Tactical discipline & adaptability: A strong understanding of the current Rainbow Six Siege meta, mastery of defensive setups, vertical play, and structured execution in attack.
Technical mastery (Hard Skills): Top-tier gunplay (aim, crosshair placement) paired with an in-depth understanding of specific operator mechanics and roles.
Communication & composure: Clear, concise callouts and an exemplary attitude in-game. We value calm execution and collective problem-solving over individual frustration.
Analytical mindset: A genuine desire to improve through VOD reviews, and the ability to both accept and provide constructive feedback.
Commitment & consistency: A serious dedication during practice sessions (scrims, dry runs) to build and refine our team synergy.
