This opportunity is intended for competitive and dedicated players seeking evaluation for potential placement within the structured team environment at Baker College Esports.

Successful applicants will be invited to progress through a formal evaluation process. This may include interviews, tryouts, performance assessments, and team-based evaluations. Players will be assessed on mechanical proficiency, communication, game sense, decision-making under pressure, consistency, and overall competitive potential.

At Baker College Esports, we prioritise players who demonstrate discipline, teamwork, accountability, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
