Expectations (ambitions)

We expect all players to demonstrate:

Consistency in performance and results
Strong work ethic and commitment to improvement
Professional behavior and positive mindset
Ability to follow team structure and requirements
Active participation in performance tracking (posting results after each competition)
Capability to stream their POV when required (especially for casts)

Players who fail to meet expectations over a defined period may be subject to roster changes.
