Vesper Esports is a competitive PC-only VALORANT team focused on improvement, teamwork, and winning. All players will have access to coaching and structured development to help them grow individually and as a team. We welcome players from any region, background, race, age, or experience level who are dedicated, active, and willing to learn. Whether you're looking to improve your skills, compete in scrims, or participate in tournaments, our goal is to provide a competitive environment where every player has the opportunity to succeed. All we ask is that you have a positive attitude, stay committed, and put in the effort to improve.

Team Rules & Terms

Treat all players, coaches, managers, opponents, and staff with respect.
No racism, discrimination, hate speech, or harassment of any kind.
Keep comms clear and focused during scrims, matches, and tournaments.
Listen to coaches, IGLs, and team leadership when decisions are being made.
Do not be disruptive, overly argumentative, or intentionally annoying to teammates.
Maintain good sportsmanship whether winning or losing.
Be active and communicate if you will be absent from practices, scrims, or matches.
Any form of cheating, exploiting, or account sharing is not allowed.
Team drama should be handled privately and respectfully, not in public channels.
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the team.
