PRIME Esports is looking for a dedicated Valorant coach to help lead our team as we grow. We are seeking someone with strong game knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for developing players. The ideal coach will assist with creating strategies, reviewing gameplay, identifying areas for improvement, organizing practice sessions, and helping build team chemistry. If you enjoy mentoring players and want to be part of a competitive organization from the ground up, we'd love to have you join PRIME and help shape our future success.
At this stage, PRIME Esports is focused on building a strong foundation rather than generating revenue. Team financing will remain limited until we establish a competitive roster, achieve consistent results, and secure sponsorships or other partnerships. Any future funding received through sponsors, tournament winnings, or merchandise sales will be reinvested into the organization to support player development, tournament entry fees, team branding, equipment, and overall growth. Our priority is to create a successful and sustainable team before pursuing larger financial opportunities.
