GENIX E-Sports is looking for dedicated and ambitious players who want to compete, improve, and grow within a serious team environment.
We value strong communication, teamwork, discipline, consistency, and a genuine desire to improve. Players are expected to actively participate in practices, scrims, matches, and team activities while representing GENIX professionally.
We welcome players from Germany and internationally. English is our primary communication language, with German also spoken within the organization.
Our long-term goal is to develop a competitive roster capable of progressing through the Valorant competitive ecosystem and towards higher-level competition.
