Expectations (ambitions)

I'm looking for teammates who are respectful, positive, and focused on improving together. No one should feel forced to play a role they're uncomfortable with. Mistakes happen, 

and I believe we should learn from them instead of blaming each other. Keep the vibes positive, have fun, play to win, and don't be afraid to try new strategies—as long as we're using good judgment.
