FOR VICTORY TEAM is an ambitious esports organization whose primary objective is to professionalize its operations and establish a long-term presence within the French esports landscape.

Currently experiencing strong growth, the association is pursuing several strategic initiatives led by its president, Mr. Yvan Fuente, notably regarding partnerships with the Saône-et-Loire department (71) to reinforce its development and local presence. With seven partners already supporting the organization, the Valorant roster competes in multiple national and international events.

As part of its structuring efforts, FOR VICTORY TEAM is also preparing to join the national governing body FRANCE ESPORT, an essential step to ensure compliance with industry standards and to facilitate its contribution to the overall development of esports in France.

The organization places great emphasis on human support and sustainable performance. It collaborates with specialized professionals, including a certified mental coach who holds:

a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of Lille,
a University Diploma (DU) in Mental Preparation,
advanced training completed at the “Académie de la Haute Performance” in Paris.
This guidance provides players with comprehensive preparation, combining performance, well-being, and professionalism.
