Astral Esports Purple Team – Valorant (NA)
5-man roster with a few subs. We’ve been in a bit of a rough patch and are looking to rebuild and improve our performance within the Valorant scene.
Looking For:
• English-Speaking Coach
Review scrims & gameplay
Provide constructive feedback on comms, positioning, and utility usage
Develop strategies, map control, and structure
Help us identify areas of improvement
Organize team & individual practices
Create training plans to develop skills
• Dedicated IGL (In-Game Leader)
Confident caller with solid mid-round adaptability
Strong understanding of team strategy & structure
Keeps comms clear and team morale high
Works with coach/analyst to refine team identity
• Sentinel / Initiator Players
Reliable utility and support-focused players
Good communication & team play
Willing to learn and grow within the system
