Our Performance Tiers:

We structure our Valorant rosters based on everyone’s ambitions:

• ⚔️ High Roster (Ascendant+ (Immortal Preferably)): Our flagship. Dedicated to pure competition, national tournaments, and LANs (VRC, Spike Tour). Here, we aim for the elite.

• 🚀 Tryhard Roster: For players who want to improve with serious coaching without the immediate constraints of the professional circuit.

• 🎮 Chill & Academy Roster: A space to evolve at your own pace, learn the basics of teamplay, and share great moments under our colors.

The team is expanding, and we are looking for the talents that will shape the GOWRAX of tomorrow:

• Players: We are looking for determined profiles to complete our rosters (priority given to Ascendant/Immortel profiles for the High Roster).

• Staff (Urgent): Our doors are open to Analysts, Coaches, Managers, and Community Managers. If you want to take part in managing a structure with a strong identity and modern infrastructure, your place is here.
