Our goal is to build a serious, united and ambitious roster and improve together through the competitive scene.
We are looking for motivated, disciplined players who are ready to work as a team. We want to build a real team around three core values: Work, Family and Ambition.
TF — The Future is beginning its competitive journey with the ambition to progress step by step and, in the long term, reach the highest level of VALORANT competition.
Build a stable and competitive roster, participate in VALORANT Premier and various competitive tournaments, achieve our first results and progressively work our way towards the Challengers level.
In the long term, our ambition is to make TF — The Future a recognized esports organization and aim for the highest level of competitive play.
