NUBIS is a new VALORANT team from Poland, built with long-term development and competitive growth in mind.
We are looking for ambitious and mature players aged 18+ who want to practice regularly, improve communication, develop their teamplay, and compete in scrims, Premier, and tournaments.
We play on EU servers, mainly within the EMEA competitive environment. We value a good atmosphere, commitment, discipline, and real progress both individually and as a team.
Our goal is to build a stable roster that can grow together and gradually reach a higher competitive level.
Our primary language is Polish, but we are also open to international players who can communicate in English.

We want to improve both individually and as a team, gain experience in structured 5v5 play, and gradually reach a higher competitive level.
Long-term, we aim to compete at the semi-pro level, gain tournament experience, and build a roster capable of playing against increasingly stronger teams within the EU/EMEA region.
We are focused on long-term development, roster stability and continuous progression.
