We all know the feeling of playing hours of CS2, wanting to get better, but feeling stuck because of a lack of team structure. That is exactly why we started Panteraz Academy. We wanted a dedicated development space where players can actually learn, fix their mistakes, and rise through the ranks as a cohesive unit. Our focus isn't on quick, temporary fixes—it's on long-term development built on mutual respect and sharp discipline. We are currently searching for young, hungry academy players who are eager to learn, adapt, and evolve. At Panteraz, our mission is to transform raw passion into consistent, high-tier performance.

Requirements
Age 13+ (to comply with Steam and Discord TOS)
Rank does not matter — mindset and willingness to learn are more important
Active player who plays regularly
Availability to attend at least 3 training sessions per week
Motivation, discipline, and a positive attitude
Region: EU
Spots Available: Currently recruiting around 10-30 academy players (with room to expand)
