Space Kitty #ASTRL (Astral Esports) is currently seeking a Coach / VOD Reviewer (NAE, 18+).

We are a Diamond–Ascendant roster building toward structured amateur tournament play, and we are looking for a dedicated coach to help refine our systems and elevate our performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong game knowledge and understanding of team compositions

• Can run structured VOD review sessions

• Provides clear, constructive criticism while maintaining team morale

• Can identify weaknesses and develop practical improvement plans

• Is available for consistent scrims and review sessions

• Maintains professionalism and leadership presence

Responsibilities include:

• Leading VOD reviews and performance breakdowns

• Assisting with playbook development and strategy

• Helping structure practice sessions

• Supporting long-term roster development

This is currently an unpaid position focused on competitive growth and building a strong foundation before tournament entry.
