We are a Diamond–Ascendant roster building toward structured amateur tournament play, and we are looking for a dedicated coach to help refine our systems and elevate our performance.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong game knowledge and understanding of team compositions
Can run structured VOD review sessions
Provides clear, constructive criticism while maintaining team morale
Can identify weaknesses and develop practical improvement plans
Is available for consistent scrims and review sessions
Maintains professionalism and leadership presence
Responsibilities include:
Leading VOD reviews and performance breakdowns
Assisting with playbook development and strategy
Helping structure practice sessions
Supporting long-term roster development
This is currently an unpaid position focused on competitive growth and building a strong foundation before tournament entry.
