Team Kinetix is a new and growing competitive organization dedicated to developing high-performing Valorant talent. We are currently expanding our main roster for upcoming competitive seasons. Our focus is on creating a professional, structured environment that prepares skilled players for high-level Tactical Shooter competition.

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Valorant Players to join our roster. This is a performance-driven opportunity for serious competitors who want to train under structured coaching, participate in tier-level tournaments, and grow within a rising professional organization.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Analysis: Participate in regular team practices, structured scrims, and weekly VOD review sessions (1-3 days per week).

Competition: Compete in Valorant tournaments, leagues, and open qualifiers as part of the primary roster.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with coaches, analysts, and teammates to refine agent pools, setup executions, and individual mechanics.

Professional Representation: Represent Team Kinetix professionally across all matches, community interactions, and platforms.

Core Execution: Maintain high levels of consistency, clear mid-round communication, and quick tactical adaptability.

Requirements

Competitive Experience:

Demonstrated high-level Valorant experience (high-tier ranked play, structured scrims, or tournament history).

Game Proficiency: Mechanical skill, utility usage, and map/game sense tailored to your primary role (IGL, Duelist, Initiator, Controller, or Sentinel).

Communication & Mindset: Relatively good callout ability, active listening skills, and a team-first competitive approach.

Age: 18+ years old.

Hardware & Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, and low-noise microphone setup.

Coachability: Strong work ethic, openness to critical feedback, and consistent availability for scheduled team hours.
