Description

We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Support to join our main roster as we rebuild the team and prepare for upcoming competitive stages.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just a ward bot — but a leader, a shotcaller, and the backbone of coordination and vision on the Rift. Someone who understands that the Support is the brain of the map and the heart of the team.

🔹 Requirements:

Age:
- Minimum 15 years old if your current rank is Diamond IV+.
- Minimum 18 years old if your current rank is Master+.
- Players above 18 should have Master 200+ LP peak.
Availability: Minimum 3–4 days per week, mainly evenings (GMT+2).
Communication: Must be able to attend scrims, reviews, and Flex sessions with the team.
Region: EUW.
Language: English (team communication is fully in English).

Be the team’s voice — lead vision control, rotations, and shotcalling.
Maintain consistency in SoloQ and improve individual awareness and mechanics.
Attend all scheduled team activities and follow coaching instructions.
Show discipline, patience, and leadership in and out of game.
Respect every member of the team and the system we’re building.

Terms

💬 Terms:

• All players are expected to maintain consistent weekly activity — minimum 5 SoloQ games per day on training days.

• Attendance is mandatory for scrims, reviews, and team sessions. Missing any without prior notice will not be tolerated.

• Toxicity, ego issues, or disrespect toward teammates or staff will result in instant removal.

• Players must record or share match history daily during training periods to track progress and ensure accountability.

• Commitment, discipline, and attitude will be valued as much as mechanical skill — we’re building a professional and serious environment.

• Repeated failure to meet expectations, follow structure, or show dedication will result in termination from the roster.

• No half-measures. No excuses. If you can’t stay consistent, communicate, and improve — don’t apply.
