I am a 16-year-old VALORANT player from Germany, currently at the beginning of my competitive journey.
My goal is to continuously improve and climb the ranks step by step. I don’t want to focus only on aim and mechanics, but also develop my game sense, decision-making, communication and teamwork.
I don’t see my current rank as my final level. I see it as the starting point of my development.
Competitive Goals
Short-Term Goals
Mid-Term Goals
Long-Term Goal
My long-term goal is to play VALORANT at the highest competitive level I can reach.
I want to find out how far I can develop through consistent training, discipline, analysis and teamwork. My ultimate ambition is to eventually reach a level where semi-professional or professional VALORANT becomes a realistic possibility.
Strengths
Willingness to Learn
I want to understand my mistakes and use them to improve.
Drive to Improve
My current rank doesn’t define the level I want to reach.
Competitive Mindset
I don’t just want to play the game — I want to improve and compete.
Team-Oriented
Communication and teamwork are important parts of competitive VALORANT for me.
Long-Term Motivation
I am willing to invest time into training and continuously improving.
Expectations from a Team
I am looking for a serious and motivated VALORANT team where I can develop and improve over the long term.
What I Expect from a Team
What I Bring Myself
I don’t expect a team to simply make me better. I want to actively contribute to both my own development and the development of the team.
I am willing to accept criticism, admit my mistakes, practice consistently and continuously work on improving.
Since I am currently Iron 1, I know that I still have a lot to learn. I am therefore mainly looking for a team that is willing to support a player during their development and improve together over time.
My mindset: I don’t need to be perfect immediately. I want to be better every month than I was the month before.
