🐦🔥 WHY PHOENIX E-SPORTS?
I'm not a professional player myself. I was looking for a proper team where I could play, improve, and gain experience, but I couldn't really find one that felt right for me.
So instead of continuing to look, I decided to start my own team.
Phoenix E-Sports is currently mainly a fun and learning project. I want to see if I can successfully lead and manage a team while creating a place where everyone can play together, improve, and hopefully build something bigger over time.
You don't have to be a professional either. I'm learning and building this alongside everyone else. 🚀
🔎 WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR:
🎮 Players — Iron 1 to Silver 3
🧠 Coaches — help players and the team improve
🎥 Content Creators — videos, clips, streams, social media, etc.
If you have experience or skills in one of these areas, great! But you don't have to be an expert. Motivation and the willingness to learn are more important.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Phoenix E-Sports is currently a voluntary project. All positions are unpaid for now. Everyone involved is here because they enjoy Valorant, want to gain experience, improve their skills, and help build something together.

• Players between Iron 1 and Silver 3

Your nationality does not matter. People from every country are welcome at Phoenix E-Sports!
German is NOT required. 🇩🇪
Speaking German is simply an advantage because some members may communicate in German.
If you only speak English, that is completely fine! 🇬🇧
The most important thing is that we can communicate and work together as a team. You are welcome regardless of where you're from or which language you speak.

You don't need to be a pro player, have thousands of hours, or already know everything about Valorant.

Mistakes are part of improving. We learn from them and help each other become better.

For now, the main goal is to have fun, build a great community and team, gain experience, and see how far we can go together.
If the project develops well, we may become more competitive, grow Phoenix E-Sports, and aim higher in the future. 🔥
I'm also using this project to learn how to lead and manage an esports team myself. So we're all learning and growing together.
