What we offer:

Regular scrims and practice sessions
A chance to be part of a team's founding roster

Expectations (ambitions)

Nullify is built to grow into a competitive team, not just a group that plays together. Our goals:

Build a stable 5-man roster plus subs that stays together long term
Scrim consistently against teams at our level and above
Enter online tournaments and cups, then work our way into bigger competitions like Premier and VCT Challengers qualifiers
Improve every week through practice, VOD review, and structured strats
What we expect from players

Commitment: show up to scheduled scrims and let us know in advance if you can't make it
Communication: clear, calm comms during games, no tilting or flaming teammates
Improvement mindset: be open to feedback, review your own gameplay, and help others improve
Teamwork: play for the team, not your stats. Follow the strat, and discuss changes after the round, not mid-fight
Respect: treat teammates, opponents, and scrim partners with respect. Good reputation gets us better scrims
Activity: stay active in the Discord and keep your rank up
If you're hungry to improve and want to be part of something from the start, Nullify is the place for you.
